Exchange & Returns Policy

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing your order, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you decide you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong product, or no longer need it.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product that is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is meant to do.
