Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (Flat Rate)
  • Free Standard Shipping Over $80

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available), so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue for you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
